The tenant lived in the unit for 19 years and did not take care of it. The unit was in disrepair and there was a large amount of cockroaches in the unit. The city inspected the unit and deemed it unlivable. The tenant moved out and Elevation Construction moved in!

Chicago Ave is a 29-unit complex in Lakewood, Washington. It had been mismanaged for many years and had very few updates to the property. The buildings were infested with cockroaches, the roof leaked, the parking lot had craters taking away many parking spots, poor exterior lighting, and minimal updates to the interior.

This is a class C 42 unit complex that has had very little updates since it was built decades ago. The new owner is a long time client of ours and we took several weeks to plan out the renovations to help attract the types of tenants he wants living on his property!
